SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- They’re calling it a great South Dakota success story. Premier Bank Card and the state began the “Build Dakota” scholarship eight years ago. It gives Tech college students financial assistance. Premier CEO Dana Dykhouse says it’s helped thousands. Dykhouse says he sees the recipients as the future backbone of our society.
