PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- A bill that would extend the length of permits for confined animal feeding operations in South Dakota has cleared the Senate Chamber.  S-B 52 would double the renewal timeframe for a CAFO to 10 years from the current five.  Prime sponsor, Senator Mary Duvall of Pierre says the South Dakota permit has no wiggle room… Read more »
