Handgun found in backpack of special education student in Watertown
WATERTOWN, S.D. (KXLG) — In a voice message to parents Wednesday Watertown Intermediate School Principal Jennifer Bollinger informed parents that an alert staff member at the school observed an unloaded handgun in a special education student’s backpack. Serious crime declines in South Dakota
