State approves 2 licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries in Fort Pierre

FORT PIERRE, S.D.(DRGNews)- The State has approved licenses for two medical marijuana dispensaries in Fort Pierre and paperwork for a third is in progress. Spring Load Limits lifted
