Conditional use fee set at $500 for cannabis facilities; Brown County hearings Nov. 9, 16

ABERDEEN, S.D.(Aberdeen American News)- Brown County’s ordinance outlining guidelines for medical marijuana establishments will be considered by the county commission next month. SD Dept of Health reports 2 new COVID-19 related deaths
