Brookings woman pleads guilty in 2019 death of a two-year-old girl

BROOKINGS, S.D.(KJJQ)- Brookings woman enters a guilty plea in the 2019 death of a two-year-old girl. SD Dept of Health reports 1 new COVID-19 related death
