SD Dept of Health reports 1 COVID-19 death, active cases below 1,000 for first time since early August

PIERRE, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 1 new COVID-related death, while active cases decreased  & hospitalizations increased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. South Dakota PUC monitoring the broadband expansion statewide
