Representative not pleased after early learning advisory bill defeated

PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – A bill to establish an early learning advisory council in South Dakota was defeated in the House State Affairs Committee last week. Train derailment closes intersections in Milbank

MILBANK, S.D. (KXLG) — At least 20 Burlington Northern Santa Fe rail cars have derailed at Milbank forcing the closure of many intersections in the community.
