NSU to host annual Science and Math Fair on March 30

Brown County Fair Board announce acts for the Saturday night event at the Fair

SDDOT planning to do a study of I-29 in the southeast part of the state

South Dakota Bankers defends the UCC

PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has vetoed HB1193 which updates and amends the Uniform Commercial Code. The Governor said the bill, which sets rules for commercial and financial businesses, did not adequately address crypto currencies.
