EPA setting rules for cities to create inventory of lead service pipes

Weekend shooting taking place in Hartford

HARTFORD, S.D.(WNAX)- One man is dead following a weekend shooting in Hartford. The suspect in that shooting died following a standoff at his Sioux Falls residence.
