Watertown police dog retired Monday

WATERTOWN, S.D.(KWAT)–A member of the Watertown Police Department retired Monday. The Watertown City Council accepted the retirement of K-9 officer Sadie. Gene Morsching retiring after 37 years with Aberdeen Parks & Rec

Rapid City man sentenced following sixth DUI charge
