A bill to cut the sales tax on food by two percent was killed in the House Appropriations Committee this week. Sponsor, Representative Oren Lesmeister of Parade said it was  an option bill. ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- The precautionary “Boil Water Advisory” issued to the City of Aberdeen water system on February 18th, is hereby rescinded.  Bacteriological test results indicate that E. coli and other coliform bacteria are not present in the system.
