Sioux Falls man arrested for soliciting to minors

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- A Sioux Falls man is behind bars for attempting to solicit a minor at a local park. Police information officer Sam Clemens says more than one minor was approached. Clemens says the man appeared to be intoxicated at the time of his arrest.
