PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Lottery Board got an update on sales and revenues at their meeting Thursday in Pierre. Deputy Lottery Director Clark Hepper said they saw lotto sales jump this year. Hepper says instant ticket sales were down a bit.
