City of Brookings looking to limit video lottery establishments in the city

BROOKINGS, S.D.(KJJQ)- The Brookings City Council gives first reading to an ordinance that would limit the number of video lottery establishments in the city. Governor Noem’s Workforce Freedom bill will go into effect Saturday
