Dr. Daniel Kittle inaugurated as next president of Dakota Wesleyan University

MITCHELL, S.D.(KMIT)- The inauguration of Dr. Daniel Kittle as Dakota Wesleyan University’s president was held yesterday at the Sherman Center on the Dakota Wesleyan campus.  His speech’s theme was A Community On Purpose. He talks about the challenges facing higher education and Dakota Wesleyan University. Kittle is Dakota Wesleyan’s 21st president.

1st Ave SE between South State & Kline Street closed for sewer repairs Monday

ABERDEEN, S.D.(Press Release)- Beginning at 7:00am on Monday, August 29, the following road will be closed to thru traffic for sanitary sewer repairs: 1st Ave SE between South State and South Kline Street  The road is expected to remain closed all day, motorists are advised to take alternate routes until the work is completed.

Fall cleanup Brown County Landfill runs through September 10th

Appropriations Committee heard testimony from Kellie Wasko
