Indiana woman pleads guilty to climbing Mount Rushmore

KEYSTONE, S.D. (AP) — An Indiana woman has pleaded guilty to climbing Mount Rushmore, a federal violation. FEMA approves funding for Sioux Valley Southwestern Electric
