Brown County Commission allowed burn ban to expire Tuesday

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Tuesday, the Brown County Commission allowed the burn ban that was in place to expire. Brown County Emergency Management Director, Scott Meints reminds us that even with no ban in place for now, that dry grasslands can still lead to fires.

South Dakota saw increase number of fatalities on the roads in 2020

PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota highway fatalities last year were 38% higher than 2019.  141  people died in 132 crashes last year. SD Dept of Health reports no COVID-19 related deaths

PIERRE, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported no new COVID-related deaths, while active cases decreased & hospitalizations increased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. Schools working on their budgets for 2021-22 school year
