Bear located near Britton

BRITTON, S.D. (KELOLAND) — A bear has made its way to Marshall County. The South Dakota Highway Patrol posted pictures on Facebook of the bear in a field near Britton. It isn’t the first time a bear has been spotted across the state this time of year.

Medicaid expansion begins July 1st

Economy in Mid America region continues to show signs of slow growth

OMAHA, N.E.(WNAX)- The economy in the Mid America region continues to grow, but slowly. Creighton University economics professor Ernie Goss compiles the monthly survey.
