Load limits to be lifted on Thursday

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers announced Tuesday that load limits will be lifted on Thursday. Also at the Brown County Commission meeting, Rogers provide an update on the detour route once the Richmond Dam get started. They hope to have the route set in place in May.
